Useless and got cheated by the owner of this shop...

Zero customer service.
Rude and arrogant.
Within two days the new cycle purchased,had it's chain broken and when enquired,he is saying complain to the kross dealer directly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst after sales. When purchasing a cycle they told so many after sales stories. Today when we had a issue and needed to check our cycle started asking us to come next day. For this check up we had come 2 kms cycling and had to go back without getting repair done. Avoid. Buy directly from company showroom.
