★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had good experience last year when i had to do a full service of my cycle with replacing tyres and both gears. However, not good in small services later. No time given on weekends by service staff even for fixing a bell and changing a broken spoke. Seems servicing is done only on weekdays or I have to leave it in the premises for 2 days. Could be due to huge customer demand but definitely leaves a bad taste.

free service within 6 months. Also have accessories. Located conveniently on service road off Main road. They have many centre across Bangalore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shop Review - Sales support was excellent. They don't try to oversell accessories for the cycle. Shop Owner - Anil was very helpful and personally ensuring everything in place before handing over the cycle.
Cycle Review - There is issue with the cycle seat. I'm sure it's some manufacturing issue or the way seat is designed to be locked. Need to check with customer care. Otherwise smooth experience on Day 1.
