★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From outside u can see the stuffs are really cool, all cute cute things are there. Those will go in ur new apartment, new houses. But frankly its slightly out of my budget. Thoda zyada hi expensive hain. But overall things are good there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the Chumbak Store located on the 3rd floor of South City Mall.
Contains almost all things from Chumbak store available online.
Collection is awesome. Pricey though. But it is worth it.
Cloths, fridge magnets, bags, handbags, neck rest pillows, clocks, birthday cards, perfumes, soaps, hand sanitizers, coffee bugs, water bottles, shoes, watches, key rings, playing cards.
You can gift wrap the things that you buy. Cost is Rs.50-70
Staff is too polite.
The only CON that I see is : they don't give you a Money Receipt for your payment made.
The excuse which they give is that they are saving paper.
Rather they send you an sms on the registered mobile number.
Be firm and ask them your Payment Receipt. This is a way of duping the Customer.
Chumbak, not expected from you.
Fix this discrepancy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Chumbak store at South City sold me a defective item. While I appreciate that they agreed to replace it, they have now taken up over a month to replace the same. There is consistency in the timelines provided by them and delays amount to weeks to get any part of the process moving. I am deeply disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An overpriced yet a beautiful gift, stationery and home store which is trendy and artistic. I love their bright colours and trendy artistic designs which is quintessentially Indian.
The staff are polite and helpful and the store is always kept very neat and tidy.
