Unprofessional in packing the items
Expected us to carry the items as it is and didn't bother giving us appropriate carry bags/boxes to carry the items.
Mislead us into thinking that the carry bags weren't chargeable but charged us for it in the end while billing. Good thing is, we noticed it and asked them to remove it.

I bought 2 pots/planters. They were Unprofessional in packing the items. They stuffed the pots inside boxes that were clearly too small for the item and ended up tearing the boxes. They did a lousy job in fixing that and tried to get away by putting some tape, which clearly didn't help.
They expected us to carry the items as it is and didn't bother giving us appropriate carry bags/boxes to carry the items.

I'd never consider going back to this outlet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The people outside chumbak jayanagar have been silly. They tried to create a stampede. Chumbak staff didn't manage at all and they created arguments within the crowd. The crowd got abusive and chumbak went on left the situation just like that
