★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best places to buy sarees and dress materials. You can get a lot of varieties and in different price range. And the sales guy are very much helpful and he gave good suggestions while selecting the materials. Overall I would say its value for money in here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not recommend. Cost of sarees are much higher than other shops. No good collections. More over behavior of employees towards cystomers are not good. Customer service needs to improve alot. They get irritated if we ask them to open and show any sarees. They will reply rudely. I visited shop based on reviews, but after visiting, I felt reviews are either fake or paid ones.

Overall,it was a pleasant experience to shop from here. Would completely recommend people around Bangalore to give this store a try.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Has a good collection of sarees and materials. Have been purchasing from many years over here. But, during my recent purchase, had a disappointing experience as I had selected some ghagra and told them to keep it aside so that I can decide if I want to buy, the staff was behaving really bad because I didn't purchase the ghagra. That's really bad ?. Learn to treat your customers well. People tend to change their decisions while choosing clothes. Keep that in mind!

1. Please have reasonably educated staff who have good personality and behaviour towards God of business ..your customers.
2. Do not try to save money by hiring 3rd class chapri thurkiiii men from rajasthan who are hungry for women and try to flirt even with married women.
3. There is no discount on your shop . Try to give some genuine discount and stop always saying this is fixed price, learn to be flexible to grow.,else your existing or to be customers will go places where they feel comfortable.
4. Please stock more better options in all departments, either u do not do this or your thurkiii sales men do not want to over work.
5. Make this place family friendly and have sufficient staff for all customers else if short make customer feel comfortable, the sales people always run behind women they like there is a fat man and a thin guy his friend in sales who always work on flirting and suggesting on u this bra will be good or saree or chaddi or only dupatta will be good ..Next time I will break their skull ? if they do this let them be kicked out else I will record the reality by a hidden camera and publicise on social media, let them sell what they are requested for ...if your thurkiii sales men are not comfortable doing that let them go to sonakatchi area in culcutta.
6. Always remember customer is first and as they say customer is always right.
