★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hospital staff do not only lack professionalism which is a must in their field but also basic human decency and manners.
They know they are in the wrong and yet they behave as they are doing charity and neither patient nor any other person deserves to be talked with respect.
I booked a video consultation with them for my mother which was a follow up after an in-person cons. After waiting online for 2.5 hours, when I called to ask how much more time will it take for the doctor to make the call, they asked us to stop bothering them and keep waiting even if it take hours.
Wow! Talk about getting paid services in this hospital.
So, after waiting for nearly 3 hours we finally had a video call for a whole minute and a half and observed that the doctor had no idea about the patient and her medical history with them.
I hope they will take these criticism seriously while they can.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always crosscheck with your home doctors or other area doctors, go at your own risk, other doctor say different from ciims doctors, not good . Other says their is no requirement of operation but ciims doctors says says yes don't believe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent hospital with all amenities available here. Doctors are good, professional & caring. It is open 24x7 which is one of the many good things about it.
It has a good canteen facility for the outsiders, guests of the patient.
It boasts about ample waiting area for the OPD (out patient department) & with the required testing of BP and weight being noted for all OPD patients, makes it a very good health care hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ More than worst. Never go to this hospital if you do the patient will die and organs will be removed without intimating to the relatives. My mother died in this unprofessional, rude hospital, where doctor casually says many people die while operating. Even one of my friend's father too died here because more than operation the doctor was more interested in cricket match and oprated wrongly, zero stars to you.
