★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our friend circle went to watch Doctor Strange. We watched it in 3D, it was a nice experience. The seats were comfortable and the AC was bearable. The movie experience was good, the sound was surround sound.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent post pandemic experience. The best part is that for the cost of two tickets you get 4 seats. You can keep all your bags and stuff and settle comfortably to watch a movie. Go for the 570 bucks combo with salt popcorn and two medium coca cola.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Viewing experience was good. Seats were comfortable. Our seats had also been assigned to another group. System glitch apparently!! For that I had to show the management my m-ticket 3 times. Luckily, it was an empty hall with many seats available. We ordered food from the counter outside (a rare exception). Horrendous quality and seriously overpriced. Further confirmed our philosophy never to have food in multiplexes. Thankfully now you can carry in your own water!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cinepolis has two cinema halls in Kolkata. One is in Lake Mall Rash behari avenue. The other one is in Acropolis mall newar Ruby crossing. I have watched films in both and it is decent. 3D is good quality, although the sound can be improved.
Cineplois is seemingly slightly cheaper than Inox. However the offerings are not great. The amenities are not very good. Seats are good, but the arrangement outside the auditorium leave a bit to be desired.
Also another thing is the absolute gargantuan number of ads. I guess the cost of ticket is offset by the many number of ads.
If you do not have any option for the films cinepolis is a good option to have. Recommended just because lack of options in Kolkata.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good hall in south kolkata with immersive sound and picture quality. Price increases on weekends by a lot of amount. On normal days the tickets cost around ₹220 and on weekends it costs more than ₹330. Another thing is the popcorn and foods are really very expensive. Sit quality is very nice.

Seats are quite comfortable, reclines.
Staff behavioud is nice. Screen is large.
The hall is not very large but is nice.
Though I personally feel that high volume sounds distort a little and feels uncomfortable to the ears.
Food court is nice.
Washrooms are there. Washroom is clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would actually give 4.5 stars. Great sound and picture quality. Seats are good, with ample leg space. However, I couldn't understand the difference between Executive and Premium seats. The seat structure and materials were same, maybe it's because of the viewing distance. However, the downside was that the person responsible for projections was probably not a very good one. We went for the morning Spiderman: No Way Home show and for the first three-four minutes, the 3D effect wasn't working with the glasses on. After almost all the audience started shouting to let the person know the problem, he started the film all over again, so kudos for that. Because you wouldn't wanna miss the Marvel intro in 3D (*shivers*). Good safety protocols, definitely felt safe here. Thank you, Cinépolis!
