★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok..I am watching movies is Inox South city...the Day South city mall opened multiplex..
It was Fame then..
And once its INOX...it was also Amazing..
The stuffs are like my Extended family now..
Atleast once in a month I watch movie in South city Inox....
The security persons are also very helpful.
Clean toilet always..no matter how early the shows starts..
Always one lady cleaning stuff always present in the toilet...
And inside the Movie hall....
Imax or Atmos both are too good..
The Rear seats are well maintained..
And the Recliners are also very good..
I never seen the new Insignia but am sure it will also too good...
Food is good but to me the price is too high....for me thats the only Drawback in my opinion..
Due to high price of the food and cold drink I never tried it there...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It gives you one of the best movie experiences. It has no watch with any other theater in Kolkata. And the IMAX is just too notch with the best visual experience ever and a very nice Dolby Atmos audio and the seats are comfortable and gives a experience of its own.

I am a regular guest of your cinemas and had many good times and experience at the theatre across the country. But I feel disappointed to inform you about my last day's experience at your Inox South City Mall, Kolkata. I had book five tickets for 4:55pm show for the Movie "Kakababur Protyaborton" running at screen 3. As we entered the hall we find that NO CLEANING was done before the show started. Garbages were everywhere and food leftovers are all over the place. I WAS NOT AT ALL WE EXPECT FROM MOVIE THEATER LIKE INOX. We complained immediately to management there and they didn't bother to pay a visit to look into the matter. Hence I am writing this message to you take this issue seriously. I

Good things-
1) Right in South City Mall which has real good stores.
2) The sound system is fabulous. I love it.
3) Seats are clean.
4) Fellow moviegoers are quiet during the screening.
Bad things-
1) Their ticketing system wasn’t working. They actually wrote my ticket number of a chit of paper and handed over to me.
2) The reclining chairs aren’t that comfortable. They make quite a creaky sound when you push the buttons.
3) The food court staff is slow and confuse the order.
4) The theatre screen is markedly small when compared to single screen theatres.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Situated at the South City Mall, this INOX is one of the luxurious ones in the city. It reflects in the seats, sound system and the amenities. Lovely experience watching a movie.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Watched Fantastic Beasts: Secrets of Dumbledore in their IMAX screen. Screen size is as of normal Inox nothing extra for IMAX. Experts say this type of screen as liemax?. Original IMAX screens are much more bigger than this. Sound quality is good. But personally feel not worth to spend couple of extra bucks for the IMAX branding. P[XL] is better than this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Situated in the 2nd floor of South City Mall, watched "Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness" in Imax 3D ? had an amazing experience ? Ambience, seating arrangement inside Inox is very good.
