I went to Achinto Bhattacharya for astrology consultation. At first he will tell you he has 56years of experience and then entire session he will sleep. He does nt even understand what is the question someone is asking. He answers on his own. At last store people will take money from you and tell you you have to take stone from them and you have to book the order today since it is the last piece available. They are fraud dont go to them. Beware

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most faltu store in Kollata. I went for astrology consultant with Mr Achinto Bhattacharya. .. Never ever go to him.. .he is fraud n he does nt Know anything. He has laptop n software he reads that n says to customer. The entire session he was sleepy. . . end of the session he will tell you buy this stone from this store. Then the store people would tell you to book the stone immediately since only one is left in the stock. The store people does nt give you any receipt since they don't Show to income tax department. I found nobody is honest neither the store people nor the Achinto. .. People should not go to this place at all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience, I must say. Pl don't go after the looks of the shop and the artificially soft behaviour of the staff. They r not at all good. Don't believe them, specially their manager and that sales girl-Resham.I ordered a platinun band after telling them that it's for a gift purpose for some specific occasion on a specific date. They told me to give rs. 20000 as advance for order of rs.55000 and after discussion I deposited rs. 5000 and they committed to deliver it timely (within 30 days)but after the delivery date when I went to the shop they requested for more 10 days. I agreed for that also.But after more 10 days when I again went to that shop the salesgirl told me that by mistake they made a white gold ring insteed of my order.And now I could only regret for ordering there. Even I didn't have time to get the another customised product as my requirement from somewhere else.They are not at all reliable. Couldn't deliver even a ring timely God knows what will happen if someone orders jewellery for marriage. I'm sure that I'll never go to that shop again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service. I would not recommend coming to this store even if this was the only store open in the entire country. Don’t come in with any expectation that if you are a loyal customer buying from their brand for a decade, they will give you any service. The very next day the product broke and even then they ask you for money to repair, this considering their making charges are on the higher side as per industry standards at 14-15%. Crooks to use the nicest of words. And the female staff here will look at you if you take an extra box to keep your pendant purchased from their store itself like you are robbing them of something special ! I have never experienced such an insulting behavior from any store ever.
