★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to specifically mention this incident at Shopper's Stop. I asked the expert at the L'Oreal counter to help me select a decent, smudge-proof that would suit me. While the red she showed me was beautiful, it was not part of the smudge-proof range. But I came to know this only after I came home and found the tester product had smudged along the line of my lower lip. I was disappointed because I had assumed that the L'Oreal expert guided me correctly, but it was a shade from the Color Riche collection, which I came to know later (after prompt research) was not a smudge-proof-specific collection. However, the good thing is that she was kind enough to change the product after I got it back to the shop within a couple of hours. I came home with a Faces Canada shade which wasn't as pretty as the L'Oreal one, but it was exactly what I needed. A smudge-proof lipstick in a decent shade of red. It is important to listen and pay attention to a customers' needs before suggesting a product to them. A customer may be taken in by a spectacular lipstick shade, but it is up to the expert to say 'no' and guide them towards what they have stated they want- smudge-proof/long-lasting/sensitive skin friendly etc.
I do feel the whole situation was simply a case of miscommunication between me and the L'Oreal expert, because all her other advice regarding makeup and their suitability for my skin have been on point. However, this should not have happened. Nonetheless, I was happy that they helped me change the product in the end, even though they have a no-return policy for makeup. This wisdom and concern towards their customers is why I am giving Shopper's Stop a four star rating. The missing star is for all the hassle it took me to get the whole thing into motion. Truly speaking, though, their behaviour and professionalism are good enough set them apart from other shopping destinations. Thank you, team Shopper's Stop!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can get all the brands here but nike outlet is not available at shoppers stop. Staff is good and well mannered. Fitting rooms are less. So you have to wait for longer duration. Long queue will be there for trying the clothes. They can improve by adding nike oulet. Kids , men's and women's sections are there in shopper's stop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Concierge best....From priority treatment for Citizen First members to parking waiver everything I have experienced is good.The collection of brands,the representatives all were very good and polite and helpful.Even if some products are not purchased after shortlisting they dont make a fuss about it.They have a private elevator for their store easing movement for elderly people who cant climb via escalator.

I would highly suggest team shopper's stop to come up for plus size clothing as they have stylish clothing item. The staffs are cooperative and lovely,smiling faces and hardworking. Loved them,5⭐!

They go beyond of their ways to help the customers, hence customers are very satisfied, well I'm. There are so many options to choose, you'll get a lot varieties. Cleanliness and hygiene is well managed and monitored. they deal during the rush hours and weekends so well.
