Lazy staff with wait time similar to that of SBI or Bank of Maharashtra.. Except that its less crowded and makes you feel less unconfortable.. but then you are paying maintaining a hefty balance for this experience.. not really worth it

Well citibank is one of the better banks and this branch is certainly best one. I have never felt disappointed at this branch. Also generally citibank branches are never crowded hence your work gets finished fast here. Staff is very polite and supportive. I really like the way they work as a bank. Other bank should definitely learn few things from them.

One of the worst experience with a multinational and international bank. Firstly the Citibank app doesn't work out well, then despite the visit to the atm to the card and activate it, I am told by the guard to visit the bank. The gentleman manning the counter says that I should activate the card online. Whereas the SMS says app or online. Ridiculous! The toll free number doesn't work, keeps you in a loop. The Twitter handle doesn't respond to the tweet sent. On top of it the online site doesn't have anything about activating the card in FAQS.

I wish I could give less than 1 star to them. They are so rude and do not help you at all! The worst bank I have ever been with. Would never recommend anyone to use this bank ever in life!!
