I spoke to distt. Centre branchso many times but airways they pass on the responsibility to others and my rs.92000 are stuck up with them for more than 6 months .
No one picks up the call at nehru place branch.
I have a very bad experience with hdfc personnel

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HDFC is growing immense as to give an example I took a gold loan of 6.5 lacs from them in Oct 2020 and I paid 1 lac already to principal because they kept asking margin money and today I came to Nehru place branch to pay in full.
1. Called the customer service before coming and the rep said you can deposit cash only upto 2.5 lacs at any branch and Disconnected the call.
2.I visited this Nehru place branch to release my gold by paying in full as I had cash but they said can only accept if in hdfc account and above 2.5 lac can be deposited only at home branch.
3.i went to home branch at okhla phase 2 and they said even at home branch I can deposit only 2.5 lacs and above that I would end up paying₹50 per ₹1000 as transaction charge I. E. ₹3000 for 5.5lacs
4. I arranged to deposit from some other means and paid off gold loan in full and shared this error as a feedback to branch manager in Nehru place and she said okhla branch people are incorrect instead of taking corrective action as it seems they are already playing a blunt blame game against another branch of their own bank.
5. The addon is that when you visit the branch, the staff especially at gold loan department would only keep gossipping amongst themselves or keep talking over the phone and keep you waiting unnecessarily.
Now what should I do... Obviously stop all other commitments that I have with HDFC and get rid of them as no one at HDFC will be sharing genuine information.. The employees don't follow compliance and just say anything they like but would never take improvement plan for their own.
I am working towards closing all my other EMIs at the earliest possible as it's not at all worth having a relationship with HDFC.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Somebody please train your staff, they dont have manners to speak to customer. From Top to Bottom they just dont have manners. Extremely poor service. Guys! watch out before you enter this branch.
