I tried to withdraw money from citibank ATM Rs ten thousand (Rs 10000) only from citi bank atm at "30th Dec 2017 around 16:30:00" at Elements Mall ATM. I used HDFC ATM card to withdraw. Immediately i got an SMS alert and money got deducted from account. However ATM did not dispense the money. Not sure what went wrong during this procedure. Please revert my money back to my HDFC bank account. Also later i checked my online transaction in HDFC bank and found that money got deducted. I tried to reach online citi customer care and none is picking up.
