Most problems can be solve with this branch not being SO understaffed.
Absolutely harrowing experience. Every visit there's atleast 3-4 customers who are upset and infuriated by the workings of this branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Citibank in DLF Square, phase - 2 is in the ground floor. This bank is very good with prompt service and customer friendly. There is a Citibank ATM also at ground floor. This bank and ATM serves a lot of people of Gurugram and staffs of the Offices of DLF Square.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ONLY 4 hours of customer handling time in a day - 10 am to 2 pm - all in the name of Covid. Reduced hours will only result in more crowding. Add to it the ridiculously low number of branches in NCR.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have received the call and they are saying I am calling from Citibank (Gurgaon) about offering loan on the bases of Bharathi axa policy,
Unfortunately I have purchased this on the bases of commitment words which they have given , After that They have not provided the loan.
Please do not purchase any Bharathi Axa life insurance policy from CITI bank (Gurgaon) on the bases of these calls, They are doing fraud commitment to provide you loan on the bases of policy purchased .
Once you have purchased the policy , They will not provide you loan on the bases of policy purchased.
In my case , once loan has not done, after doing several continuous follow ups , after 4 month , they said we are not able to provide you refund of policy and also policy should not be cancelled.
They are totally fraud, So i request you all please do not purchase the policy from Citibank (Gurgaon - DLF phase 2 branch)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I deposited cash in this branch and it took 2+ hours for it to reflect in the bank account. I had to raise a customer support request, who then worked directly with the branch and got it updated.
Unsure why does any cash deposit at this Citibank isn't updated instantaneously like other banks. It's customers are highly recommend to safely keep the deposit slip till the amount is reflected in the account.
Feedback:
Citibank should start instabanking services through app, thus removing the hassle of paperwork and form-filling

Good lights and is on ground floor.
Counters had markings with numbers and designated functions.
Though was a Saturday, staff was working as expected.
Staff needs to be more hospitable while dealing with customers.
