Most disgusted with the service of this bank. I have had account with this bank fir a while but breaking one's own FD is a nightmare and unlike HDFC and ICICI, one has to chase the bank a hundred times even during emergency to get one's own money back. Just because it is a salary account, one has to bank with the most unprofessional bank.

Horrible experience, personally visited the bank. They confirmed work will be done in one week. its been three weeks. No specific response. Phone lines nobody answers. emails they do not reply. If you want to escalate the matter , they won't provide you their customer VP coordinates, worse than nationalised bank. At least in nationalised bank one knows what to expect.

I'm a account holder in deutsche bank. I'm facing very very bad experience in their banking facilities. I was trying to update my mobile number into my account, they took 3 days to update it and they don't have IMPS facility in their internet banking as well. It's totally annoying me. I can't do fund transfer immediately. In India, all banks are doing immediate services for all banking related issues except deutsche bank. They have to do regularisation in some functionality on the internet banking service like Axis bank & HDFC Bank. I don't know how long I'm going to continue it.

Poor Banking experience in todays digital world. They insist customers to visit to home branch for every small issue...which is not a reality in todays digital world.

Holding a salary account in this bank..Nice customer support but only for banking..Not recommended for loans..Loan executives are too lazy.. Requested for loan quote, more than a month gone..but no update. Also there were no IMPS and UPI Facility for none of there bank accounts. Hence we couldn't transfer funds 24/7 which is major draw bag in this bank.

I had a wonderful experience with the Deutsche Bank employees at Gurugram Branch. Customer service interaction I had with Mr Debdoot Sarkar was very commendable. Thanks for a good experience.

Completly ignore customer requests. Nobody guides and emails of call back by relationship managers never responded back. Maintained account for 10 years with exceptionally high amount still bank dont care to respond on basic calls. I regret to get associated with this bank. I will switch over my salary account to other bank to get immediate relief from daily frustrations.

I have been taking their services for 15 years now and am very satisfied in multiple aspects. Niche clientele and better services. The staff has always been polite and caring. Yes, I agree during the recent Covid situation, things could be challenging and quite different especially for the banking sector. Over the years this has been my preferred bank for varied services including investments, forex and FD. Aditya Birla Group has been their investment partner. As a matter of fact, their FD return rates are always higher than all other banks. Even today when FDs rates are an all time low(~5%) and no more lucrative at all, Deutsche Bank is still offering 6.2% to general clients.
