★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service and capitalist ideology, bank timings are till 9.30 pm but cash counter closes by 6pm, only sales queries are entertained, and no matter how small your outstanding balance is if making cash deposit against credit card your are charged Rs250 highly ridiculous policy, will be closing this credit card shortly

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Citi bank is one of the best banks, but the reason i gave citi bank a 4 star is that if i need to do any updates i dont have a computer or laptop i have to go to a cyber, also there are hardly any branches of citi bank, the 2 citi banks close to me are located in khar west n the other in palladium mall in parel. Other than these 2 issues Citi bank is great..

Last 2 months I made online payment, but not possible this month.
Citibank ATM not accepting cheque.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This branch of Citi Bank is located inside the Palladium Mall and one could easily locate the same in the Palladium premises. Outside the bank there are a bunch of ATM's which is really very good. The branch inside is not very big but serving the customers well. Foreign Exchange is not available in the branch. Staff is very helping and polite. You need to get yourself checked by security before entering in the branch.
