★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very sorry for the bank branch. They r interested in troubling people. Staff is not aware of timings go and see yourself. 2 plates on same main door written with 2 different timings. Funny.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrendous service by the team members here. Ms. Chitkara appeared to be unfriendly staff member over the counter. No one knows how to smile and talk to their customers. Poor managemnent must be by the branch manager who overlooks such things. Mr. Verma Service relationship manager has provided good service although he should know that customer comes first and should be attentive rather than making his things priority.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Phone keeps on ringing and noone is bothered to answer it. No wonder why one of the biggest and oldest bank in the world is being sold it's India client base to Axis Bank. Only and only because of bad customer service from all branches.
