★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know how RBL team managing credit card customer....I have closed my credit card in August 2018 via email and via phone call but in October 2019 they are sending me annual charges....then I again e-mailed them regarding my issue,they insured me this will not happen again but in December 2019 they again sent me bill....their customer care people don't know anything......worst bank....i recommend not to use RBL credit card
