Good hospital for COVID-19 Dr RajSingh Patil he is just amazing the way he talk and listen to problem is superb. Treats every patient similarly. Most importantly very open to the thinks and caring staff. Just the thing i would suggest is more hygiene and cleanings to staff and patient would be great.

Worst Hospital for taking Vaccine. On co-win website they show vaccine for Rs.250 but when we go there they charge Rs.780. As well as when you ask them they are very rude stating "If you want vaccine do take it at 780 else do leave"

Service here is so slow. Discharged me from hospital without giving me file back. Saying they need it for cashless insurance. after that I visited 3 times my file with personal reports receipt everything is lost. No body was able to find file. Nobody is aware of correct process.

Clear case of generating black money by disclosing INR 250 collected as per website, but actually collecting INR 780. Can't believe they can't solve such a minor system issue, if it really is the issue. The invoice that they give for INR 780 is also so fake, without any registration number or so.

The price for Covisheild vaccine is mentioned as ₹250 on cowin website for everybody but still they are selling it for ₹780 without proper invoice. Clear case of cheating people and fraud.People working there talk in a rude manner as if they are giving it for free. The officials should take a note of this and take an action against them.

Highly recommend , Dr. Rajsinh Patil just amazing the way he treat the Patient . i was a Covid positive and worried as my fever is almost 103 to 104 for 8 days , visited Citicare and Dr. Rajsinh Patil gave a treatment and started recovery from 1st dose. Thank you Dr. Patil

Not at all recommend If you love your life never visit citicare hospital and dr Rajsinh patil. Worst hospital, worst dr Rajsingh patil, worst hospital staff I hospitalised my father to citicare pimpri for covid, he dont had fever, oxygen level was normal, no bp, sugar. He was fit and fine just covid possitive. My father was farmer and had very good health. My regret for life time to take him to citicare and treat under dr Rajsinh patil. Worst hospital, Doctors and staff in the world, money minded treatment, cure is secondary, deposits are primary requirement. Waiting time can be till death at times. The Doctor earned few thousands but I lost my FATHER due to there lack of knowledge and monitoring 1) hospitalised mom n dad in morning 11 and dr directly started Ramdisver i got call in night 9 pm give us injections . I was in hospital till 7 pm but dr didn't asked anything and when i requested for lab and ct scan report, dr said what you want investigation or treatment and without investigation he started injections. 2) when as a son i was asking saturation n other details dr said "dont teach to father". The worst language from Dr Raksingh Patil. 3) till 4th day dr was saying my dad is ok and no need to worry and on 5th day while talking with dr i felt Dr is not providing correct updates. And i forced to provide m correct details and dr suggested to shift patient and my father was at last stage of life that time 4) important point all reports were normal first day , d-dimer was 165 (required 0-500) when i shifted to other hospital come to know its >10000, but Rajsign patil never told about d dimer even he was aware of it, he was hiding patient condition as he was aware that he made mistake 5) I asked hospital to start discharge process at morning 11 and asked to get patient ready to move by 5. I was continuously following for whole day. Nighter hospital staff nor hospital management updated m status on discharge n bill details. Ambulance came n they moved my dad from ICU to van and almost 30 min he was in ambulance but hospital had not provided discharge file purposely and then after i used bad language they provided file. 6 in this all time my father health got very bad and i Lost his life and my world. 7 when i went to hospital for settlement and billing details i got wrong bill(I had received from insurance company ) and after telling them i have original bill from insurance company staff starting apologies 8) hospital was not ready to give required documents about patient and then i took help from local politicians Its my biggest lost in life and biggest wrong decision to take my father to Citicare pimpri.

Bad experience, went for sinusitis was already in bad pain, Receptionist there doesn’t even inform anything u hv run 10 times from w8ing area n ask , long waiting time no communication , worstest experience only show off hospital, doctor is also least bothered about patient everything here is jus show off worst experience
