It has all varieties of collection and the quality no doubt. i always prefer to visit store and now the regular customer of it , like the outfits with latest patterns and designs .The best thing is staff , Nisha is the one of the best staff i can say from PNG pimpri .She always show us the designs with full dedication and passion ,i like the friendly environment of store .Managers and other staff are also good. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience, they are not behaving like there name. Atleast for orders it's not good l, they are making PPL fool in making charges. So be careful.
This was my first time to buy gold in this Pimpri png shop.
I ordered one ornament of 30g thay took almost double time to deliver they even don't called me even I have called 3 time but they not replyed. I ignored these things. Mani cheapest thing they do let me tell you that.
At the time of order thy given me receipt of 30g ornaments with all the making and tax amount. They said whatever wait plus or minus will do final bill. Yesterday they called me 5 times and said it's our 4th anniversary of shop and we are giving 15% discount on making so please come today.
I went out there and ask for final bill they have given discount on making amount and increased my making charge fro 14% to 18%. When I asked then about advanced receipt making charges are different then sales person went to manager. Manager came and said me " In advanced receipt we have printed wrong ornament that's why making was less" then I said ornament is same what I have ordered and I will pay as per my advance receipt.
He said it's not possible to make bill as per advance receipt, so I requested to cancell my order and pay my advance. Then he said it will take 4 day to cancellation process we need approval from head office.

She has always been very helpful to all her customers and provides the best guidance and help possible to them. NISHA is a very knowledgeable person and we truly appreciate her skills. All their staff is very supportive. Thanks to PNG that we could get our hands on this stunning artwork.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been regular customer for PNG and have quite a lot since last 6-7 years from chapekar chowk branch, however These branch guys doesn't want the customer to come again to their shop. We selected one anklet on first day and requested for chain like box as we needed the anklet for gifting. On second day we needed to buy one more anklet and these very pathetic people rejected the box. I asked why it is being rejected they says it is not allowed. And tell us name who gave this to you yesterday. We were so shocked by their words. But bcoz we needed the box for gifting I told them I will pay for it. And they charged. Pimpri branch of png will be a big no to visit for me next time.

Really very disappointed with the type of customer service she was providing, she was not interested in selling the ornaments and exchanging them and her way of talking was also not polite may be she was looking for a rich customer to buy expensive things from her or might be she was irritated with something else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Charging unnecessarily ..sales women making fool to people. Making charges as per their understanding, it's very high. I having very bad experience now, we were regular customer but not any more. I don't know owners know about their sales peoples sales breakout or its their strategy to charge money against their brand name.
