★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I usually never write a bad review. But I believe I need to raise the voice. I took bus to Hospet. From Mumbai and Back. No one wore Mask in Bus nor did Driver or helper.
The bus were not at all sanitise.the passenger changed from Pune and also ahead in few seat and all of them were there. The bus is completely sealed no window at all open. Can you think the nightmare we had few people constantly coughing.
The seat which I booked feom Hospet to Mumbai I got the double seat place. And as I was alone the said there will be someone sharing the seat specially if it would be lady. I told them clear No I won't. But they were clear it was my luck that no one came.
But I want to seriously excel this issue that have to take hygiene little seriously. The bus was really stinky also the blankets and curtains. I did recieve the message that they will not provide blankets and there won't be curtains yet it was there and they very dirty.

The helping staff is asking for unnecessary demand of cash fearing the passengers about RT-PCR CERTIFICATE & checking on the border. This is another way of making money.
Also lot of time is consumed in adding their luggage from the multiple points results in to delay in the service. The driver & the helper are completely unprofessional & have no talking sense. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Now it 11PM still the driver didn't stop the bus at any dhaba bcoz may be he didn't get any benefit from other dhaba ....He chooses some different route which is not a highway.....totally worst route slowly he is moving ....I recommend everyone if don't have option then only you choose CITIZEN otherwise don't give first priority....
