★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most of the time it's punctual. Very clean bed sheets and all. Importantly stops at very good hotels for food breaks. Drivers are also very good, no rough riding. App booking is also easy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On time bus service, however, they drive pretty rough at night. It doesn’t even feel like their buses have good shock-ups. Also at last minute they’ll change your pick up location for an evening bus just two hours before departure and won’t arrange for an alternative. Imagine running for an auto in cities like Indore where autowalas charge you a bomb or getting struck in traffic.
