★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are travelling Mumbai to Hospet and Hospet to Mumbai. We are very bad experience in this bus. No star for this bus.
This is worst bus , we are book ac bus but bus is coming non-ac bus. The bus is also very inside very dirty, blankets is very bad smell. And bus staff also is not good people. This is not good for family people travelling. I call management is not give proper answer. Pl do not travel any one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dear Please note never book bus tickets from Meenakshi Bus. They are the worst in this industry. cancel the trip last minute every time saying that the bus got breakdown. it happened with me in a row twice. the bus operator will just drop a message 12 hrs prior to departure and will switch off their cell phone. You can understand how difficult it is to get the tickets that too for my parents who are above 70 years. Also when i inquired i came to my sources that if they have less booking then they cancel the trip. in this case i have to struggled. Please dont book the tickets. i will called the bus operator asked the owner to call back. the owner is least bother. Now i willing to pay for the article to print udaywani & karnatka Malla. So that any senior citizen does not take a risk of booking tickets in Meenakshi BUS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We traveled Hospet to Mumbai. One of the worst bus travel of my life. The buses are not good nor the staff. Drivers conductors are mannerless and careless people. They stop for dinner at some shady place which is having worst quality of food preparation and hygiene. The crowd is also suspicious at such places. Never travel by this service. Waste of money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience staff also very bad, in night time AC switch off reason staff answer passenger get down for wash room. very bad staff and bus. We are book Mumbai to Hospet AC bus, but bus is coming non ac dirty bus, staff told answer ac bus is for repair. Unfortunately we are return book also. In Hospet bus timing is 6.00 pm but is bus is come to 9.30 pm. very bad bus staff. Very bad travel experience. No star

The operator number provided on the ticket was eleven digit. The agent number that came
was not picking any calls. There was no message about any delay. The phone numbers provided on the website are invalid.
Very poor quality never booking here again.
