★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bus stopped in between journey. No alternative bus was there.Alternative option is given after 15 hours. No refund is given even after this issue. Agency person is too rude.
Don't have patience and time to listen cutsomers issue arrogant. One of the worst bus service.People pls Don't choose this bus service go with other bus service.Risk to your life your money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely worst and most pathetic service we had today.. ( Bus no. KA 51 AD 5835,Driver Divakar ) we had 2 ladies passengers coming from Manglore ( Uchila ) to Navi Mumbai ( Kharghar ) Those people were travelling for the first time so we had asked them to take them down in Kharghar three star hotel.. early morning they told the passengers to get down as Kharghar has come so the passengers got down..later when we didn't find them on the spot we called them..the passengers didn't know the location where they got down so we asked them to give the phone to the rikshaw driver nearby..by the rikshaw driver we got to know that they got down in kalamboli ( 6.5km far from the location )instead of kharghar..later when we complained to the bus drivers they started arguing and they were very rude also they were not accepting their mistake instead of they were saying don't come in our bus again.. Extremely Disappointed..is this the way they treat their passengers? will never ever travel in mercy bus again..@mercytravels please teach your drivers and cleaners to behave as they have no sense and manners.
