★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall bad experience with this tourist company. We booked a driver with them to take us from Aurangabad to Ellora and Ajanta Caves. Like EasyJet, they had many hidden charges that were only apparent later: First, they charged overhead for picking us up from the hotel rather than their office near the train stations, even though they told us hotel pick-up and drop was complimentary. Second, they charged extra fees for 'low tourist season', even though their own website does not state such fees anywhere. Third, their driver Shatrugan kept asking us to pay for his parking fees, even after we had paid for the entire package. When we refused to pay the parking fees, he made up excuses for us to pay like, pay now, I will reimburse you later, or this is an amenities fee, not a parking fee (although a large, imposing sign clearly said PARKING FEE). When we still refused to pay, he got angry and shouted abuse at us. But WORST OF ALL, Shatrugan gave us incredibly tight time limits on seeing the wonderful Ajanta caves, pointing at his watch and firmly saying we MUST be back by 2pm after only three hours of sightseeing, even though we had paid for a whole day trip. This effectively ruined our whole day, because we were so anxious to make his time limit that we couldn't focus on our experience of the caves. Even after all of this, Shatrugan asked us to pay him a tip at the end of the trip for shouting at us and cutting our journey short. If you are going to the Ellora and Ajanta caves, I highly recommend you simply book your own taxi from Aurangabad as this is both cheaper and less hassle than going with this company. Avoid!
