I got my citizen eco drive watch serviced along with replacement of battery/ capacitor but still doesn't work unless the watch is used under the sun. No back up. Alter initial charge it must last for days but doesn't last beyond a day. I was a great fan of eco drive watches but understand they do not last long. I went to this authorised service centre with great hopes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional behaviour and fleecing customers with exorbitant charges. You may get a note scribbled on a card for the money paid and not a tax invoice. In case of repairs of Eco drive watches, suggest you to reach out to CITIZEN regional office directly in lakshmi Nagar, Delhi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shame on the name of Citizen , i dont understan how can you make it authorised citizen service center, my very expensive citizen watch not working and they gave estimate very rudky fir rs 4500, where as in ahmedabd they quoted me rs 1500, since i was not having time so i need to come to delhi , i ourchased watch from miami usa, i own three wstched from citizen now i am very serious about to think about your brand, very pathetic service in dlehi and very unproffesional and rude

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't go here.and don't even think about repairing Ur watch here. The staff looked at my watch citizen eco drive which I gave for repair and they returned it saying it's ok. The watch was dead. I told them the crown isn't working. They replied it will work if the battery is charged. I told them the crown is a mechanical mechanism and it should work battery or no battery. Old man sitting at the counter says to the repair guy - doesnt matter I won't understand. Yes. I won't .I'm just a doctor and he's a highly educated sales guy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tax invoice not provided. scribbled something on a card in the name of a warranty card that was not even valid for a month. poor customer service. insisted for cash instead of accepting card. asked for merchant charges for card usage. The watch repair didn't last long enough and it broke down again.
