★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the worst experience shopping at this store and would not recommend it to anyone. I had ordered 2 pieces, and when I finally got them after an undue delay, both were incredibly loose. I had placed an order for a new piece that was to be stitched, but they gave me an altered version of the trial piece, and even that fit horribly. In fact, they refused to accept that it was the trial piece, but one could easily tell that it was the trial piece, because that was a ‘Large’, and I had placed an order for a ‘Medium’. When I asked them why they gave me the ‘Large’, they had no answer. After arguing a lot, they agreed to cancel the order for the piece and issue a refund. Coming to the 2nd piece, the blouse was incredibly loose for me and the pants fit fine. I asked them to alter the blouse, and not touch the pants at all. They altered the pants too, to a size that it did not even fit me. They had to alter it again which completely ruined the finishing of the product. Only because I had no alternative to the outfit, I had to just accept the final version they gave me.
What irked me the most was the fact that they were just not willing to assume any responsibility, and the Manager on several occasions spoke to me as if I was lying about the products. When I asked them to get me in touch with their owner, they straight up refused. Later they informed me that the owner would call me, after which I followed up with them multiple times, and till date the owner hasn’t given me a call.
I am truly disappointed in them and their behaviour, and just wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ here my one of the frnd use to work in citrine but she didn’t received her salary after requesting so much and even they dont give any response and even the both daughter tavishi kanoria and parthivi kanoria wear designer clothes in there party and keep it back to the rack and when client request to change the clothes which they dont want or want to do some changes so they dont do.... For them client is not a preference like they sell old pieces to client after doing commitment to make a new piece like srika ma'am who has already given feedback and even they dnt change clothes n doesn't listen to client like twinkle ma'am and many more.... Worst place never visit and they tell there staff to give reviews so that there google rating get invrease

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store and collection is good. But getting the right fitting in the store is a task. I had to go three times to the store for one outfit, and even then the stitching and fitting of the outfit is odd. No point in having such a nice store when the fitting is so bad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a dress from their western wear department - ATRIUM for my pre wedding photoshoot and they failed to deliver it's belt even after 2 months. The designer - MIDORI blatantly denied their fault and still wants 25 more days just to deliver A BELT.
PLEASE DO NOT BUY IF YOU WANT TO CUSTOMIZE SOMETHING OR GET IT ALTERED.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to share my extremely sad experience with Citrine - The Multi Designer Store, Kolkata I purchased 2 outfits on 13th Sept and paid full amount. I was told they will take a month to deliver and I was fine with it. One outfit was to be made new and the other altered.
On enquiring after a month, I was told my order is delayed due to Dussehra. I was still ok with it. I was promised that I will be given a call(which I did not). I visited the store on 22nd October. Both my outfits needed alterations. Again an excuse that the owner is going out,so all tailors are busy. Again a promise broken. My outfits were finally delivered on 27th October (both again needed alterations) .I had lost my patience and blasted the sales girl and when my mom visited the store today they had the audacity to say that if we don't trust them,then we should not visit them. The outfit is still with them. I sincerely request everyone to think twice before making any purchase. Very disappointed with the behaviour and customer service. I can't believe how they can take things so casually. No respect for their own words . No respect for the customer and pathetic service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are thieves, they take the money and do not deliver the outfits. My order from September last year has still not been recieved and they have stopped responding on their whatsapp and instagram. Horrible service, and anyone thinking to buy from them (specially online) should rethink as they might just end up losing their money.
Your company rep replied here instantly but still has not given a single reply to my calls, whatsapp messages & Instagram messages. Really Shameful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a red beautiful dress for my Wife from Citrine. The pictures are added to reflect how elegant is indeed is. The quality, look, everything top notch! Radhika helped a lot from the selection to the delivery and was very responsive throughout. She also confirmed the order from sone distance away and made sure that the parcel arrived in time. Thanks a lot to Citrine and especially to Radhika for being best at her service! ?

Its sad but i must warn the designers who share their collection here that their hard work and designs is being mishandled . Your pieces are only good till the store doesn’t try their so called altering for custom fit
