★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Journey,to and fro, mostly difficult,bus services mostly erratic,run according to the whim of the bus operators.less said about the Auto,the better they think they are doing greatest service to humanity. I always think how they manage daily daily expenses. Must be having special sources of income or squeeze th 0l0 of the passengers. There is absolutely no law and order maintenance,no one to look after the routine daily work.
I wonder,at times,is this the citadel of Dr. Bidhan Roy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A small but important bus stop on the way to Kolkata. Almost all busses going to Kolkata from asansol, dhanbad etc would stop here briefly. There are small food and tea stalls but do not expect too much out of them. You can pick up chips, biscuits, cold drinks etc. It's not great but certainly an important place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a centre of communication It is a nice place bus and aurto available for all places in Durgapur as well as other states of West Bengal. Besides this interstate bus services for Orissa, Bihar, Jharkhand available too. Only problem is irregular occupied by vendors and lack of public awareness causing the neighborhood unclear spread foul smell of urine even there's arrangements of public toilet .
