β β β β β I always stay at City Guesthouse because I love the people running the place. Mr.Latiff and his team are very helpful and kindhearted. There are different sized / budget rooms to choose from, there is a nice common area for breakfast and also a terrace on the upper floor where sunset and sunrise can be seen. It is just beside the colorful market area and even walkable distance from the city's bus stand. I highly reccomended this place to travellers who are looking for a simple, friendly and original place to stay.

β β β β β Awesome for budget friendly accommodation. Prices are same as mentioned in the site. Mr.Latif has maintained it very well n hygienic. It is the best stay we found around. There is a market place at the backside streets(closing around 7:40). There is breakfast provided(not included in the fee)like egg, omlet, toast etc. Mr. Latif will accommodate travel for near by sightseeing places (you need to ask him).
For reasonable prices.

β β β β β We stayed in City Guest house for two days. Really a nice budget place. Very amicable and friendly owner.
They do not have a specific check in or check out time.. It made it easier for us as we reached Bhuj at 4 in the morning and could find refuge in the City Guest house irrespective of our booking from 10 am.
I highly recommend this place for budget travelers. They have their own tour guide and cabs to go around for sight seeing.

β β β β β Nice budget hotel in bhuj. Good rooms and very clean. Shopping area nearby. Its close to aina mahal.
Points to be noted before booking.
There is no hotel nearby for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The location is inside a narrow lane. The shops nearby gets closed by 9pm. Another big problem are the dogs in the area, they can come to attack anytime unknowingly. If going with kids, i will not recommend this hotel. Getting autorickshaw from hotel to station is a big problem, because the hotel is situated inside the market. U need to get auto from outside and take to hotel. Specially if u have night train, u need to do it quick. Also the autorickshaw dont have meter, their fare starts from 50rs.

β β β β β The place is very basic, simple, quiet, decent, yet well managed. The staff are friendly and helpful. It's great for budget backpackers or traveler on shoestring.
It is cheap, for people who is not fussy this place can actually be comfortable. If you are sensitive to comfort, want an AC-ed room with soft fluffy bed (yes, the mattress is a bit thin), then this place might not be for you. For me tho, this place is the one that can accommodate my need perfectly in the area, hence the great rating.

β β β β β Very basic rooms. It was recommended by lonely planet which was really very surprising. It is dusty, full of mosquitoes and you can see the dust on fan. I am guessing that it was good few years ago but has completely lost its charm nowadays. If the owner is reading this, please paint the room, and keep cleanliness. It is very close to Aina Mahal and is in the heart of the city. Wi-Fi available.
