★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is the worst Travel agency you can have in Manali. Booked a drop to Delhi through city heart travels but the condition of the car was the worst. It dint have break pad and break oil. Even after telling them we need a taxi for 6 they provided a 5 seater Innova. And the agent dint take responsibility of it at all. This travel agency is a scam and if you want to ruin your trip then only go to them and book your tickets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst experience of travelling.! Travel date was 9th April 2019. They offered us Volvo AC with luxurious facilities.. and at the last moment we were compelled to get in in an old, unsafe, non AC, no drinking water, no blankets, no charging points bus !
Most of the passegeres started shouting from the beginning of journey. Within half an hour journey another vehicle cautioned this driver about some water and oil leak from back side !
The total journey was horrible.. nd driver and helpers were continually argueing with passengers.
Never ever select this travels !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please do not book any Cab & Bus ... The person cancel the cab at the last moment and not arrange the other cab. They only said take the money back.
I was booked a cab for Manali to Simala at 08:00am at the moment they cancelled the cab and said please take a money back.
For this, I was take Rs.5000 loss for other booking Cab and my Hotel Bill.
So please do not believe this agent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The group of THUGS IN MANALI. Negative stars if at all it exist. They cheated us by giving package for many points. But they only took to one place. Don't believe these guys are sitting to loot tourist.
Please go to other travels, even If this is last option(rent bike).

Told about Volvo gave auto like bus
Which have alot of vibration,sound even being ac bus air coming inside

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service on 12 Feb 2022. we booked 6 tickets to delhi with seat no. 21,22,23,24,25,26.but when we reached bus station bus coordinator said that they can't provide those seats and provide us back seats.when we call to city heart travels agency they said they don't know anything

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Group of fraudsters are sitting here. Be careful especially while booking Volvo tickets as they take the charges of semi sleeper Volvo buses and provide a normal delux bus. At last point you left with no options. This happened with hundreds of people.. This is their regular practice. Police also don't take action after complain
