Improper Policies :- Charging Extra Charges for Sanitization of Bike while Receiving....should NOT be Chargeable...if so, Must Deliver the Bike also after Proper Sanitization...
Still, NO Visible Positive Change in Services is Observed.... for instance - Provided Delivery Time of 5:30 pm, but NO Update till 6:00 pm....
To Add up, Hard Copy Bills were Not provided during Payment time... promised - to send the Invoice on Mail/WhatsApp....Was sent after 4 Days, only after putting down Reminder.... Horrible Experience....
