★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never received my report on time.. This time also, the report time is 5:30 and I am still waiting for my report..
(On 1st March 2022).
It was confirmed by the receptionist about ready-ness of report over phone at 5 PM. But when I reached City imaging.... the report was not ready and asked me to wait for sometime. And when i argued about this i was told to come after 6 PM and she said Subhash Nagar se to aate ho paas me hi to hai.
Aap log nahi sudhar sakte....jaise kutte ki poonchh...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the lab for echo by the referral of Esic hospital
& they denied to send an ambulance by saying itni door nhi aapayegi but the distance was 4-5 km only.
For return back to the hospital, I asked the ambulance inquiry of the lab & they were charging 1000 rs in advance.
I m very disappointed with this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staffs specially female are very rude and unprofessional here, on many occasions have seen them arguing unnecessarily with patients, Management should take this note seriously and need to fire such ill mannered employees or provide them ethical training

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very irresponsible behaviour of the lab at the time of making booking they make commitment that you will get report same day after 6 pm and you take early appointment of MRI but then after the doing investigation they will make it for next day... Very poor response of the lab and irresponsible behaviour... Better think twice if you have another option

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good diagnostic centre. Before I went there, I raised my queries through their website and they responded quickly. Then I went there for a specific ultrasound which I could not find at some major diagnostic centres. They maintain token system which is a way better alternative to standing in queues for billing. They have proper seating arrangement, clean washrooms, drinking water facility. Overall, I found it hygienic. I was told to wait for an hour but the actual waiting time turned out to be less which was a pleasant surprise. The radiologist was soft spoken and informed me that all was okay after the ultrasound. He responded patiently to my queries as well. They even gave me reports within 30 minutes of my ultrasound and the images were colored which was again a pleasant surprise. All in all, nice experience. Recommended diagnostic centre!
