★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked a scan for The Total Diagnostics, Kirti Nagar which is right across my house for Saturday, the 3rd of July'21 via 1mg. I received a call from the customer service team for 1mg and they told me that I'll be required to go for the scan to their Tilak Nigar branch, for it was not available at The Kirti Nagar one. I agreed, as Tilak Nagar isn't that far from my house either. Upon arrival, I was told that there is a waiting of about 1.5-2 hours, so I should go back home and return which I did. I liked how realistically they've had the customer expectation set and they were doing it with every customer who walked in. I waited for about 20 min after arriving the second time for the scan, but the doctor who did my scan was so polite and friendly, he kept me engaged throughout the process, actively listened to what I had to tell him and even pacified me, where/when needed. It was an absolute treat to my soul to have experienced what I did at The Total Diagnostics. The report was handed over to me in about 20 min after the scan. The whole process was a delight and I wouldn't hesitate booking my tests with them in the future.
