★ ★ ★ ★ ★ my experience at starting was not what i expected, cause the specs i brought was tight and thus break from both sided after 3 hrs so as the next day come i got up early and visited there shop to tell my problem, what was good that the shop-owner lady and receptionist were very polite and affable. they understand that the frame was cramped and without any question replace my specs with the new one that i pick again and after 2 days i got my new frame . but what i Didn't like was that they never call me on when to pickup each and every-time i have to call to get the information but anyway that thing is with every second optical shop
Pros- very polite and affable shop-owner displaying the line "When the customer comes first, the customer will last"
Cons- frame were a bit overpriced
but anyway for myself at last this was a good experience :)
