★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner of optical palace is very rude. He doesn't listen to the problem instead just wants the customer only to listen to him and I doubt the genuineness of the lenses. They increase or decrease the power of the lense so that customer has to buy the new lenses. They are just after your money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These people are real Cheats. They charged me Rs3000 for a pair of glasses, saying it was branded Frame and crizal glasses.
When I got the glasses the glasses was not crizal and they told me rudely to check ears as they had clear told it would cost more. So I told them for what are they charging 3000 they told the frame was branded then I asked which frame was it they gave some rubbish name. After which I demanded they return me my money which they denied saying I was told about the frame and glasses. These frames can be bought in Rs 100- 300 max in near by Gaffar or Chandni Chowk. They clearly looted me. Plus the glasses was of wrong power when I showed it to other optician in my hometown. Real loot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst people. They only focus on how to get more money from customers rather focusing on customer satisfaction which is never their concern. Purchased a Ray ban frame which had a card and some optional items in its original packing and were missing upon delivery and when i enquired about the same they denied by saying i am wrong. Later when i started using them with lenses pruchased from them they did not last even for an hour. They got cracked on its ends.
Strongly not recommended.
