I have had bad experience with cityfurnish as they charge penalty amount even after auto pay and customer service is horrible.
3 star for complicated KYC process. KYC process is very time consuming and takes a lot of time to complete all requirements. Please try to make simpler process for customer ease like other competitors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I still haven't received a bed side table, which was a part of my bedroom combo, after almost a month has passed since the rest arrived and no signs of it arriving at all.
I was told that it would take a couple of days as the table was then unavailable and I was asked to be patient.
I am patient, but for how long? I am still paying for the table, you know. What a service, City furnish!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever. I had opted for fridge, first they delivered LG fridge very dirty in condition. Attached are pictures. After fups they decided to clean after a week whereas i informed them that i want replacement. On top of that they delivered a slight broken and less cleaned fridge. They are trying to earn money by using old fridges. Pathetic services

The whole process went really smooth, starting from the first interaction I had with the support executive and at last with the guys who came for the delivery and installation. It all shows the level of service you guys provide.
Furniture looks really new. The overall packaging was of top notch. I find that the prices are economical too. Got quality products best suited for my needs. Installation was according to my convenience. The team was very professional, they knew their job and provided excellent service. I am very happy and will recommend Cityfurnish to my friends as well. The entire set up took not more than half n hour, kudos to the team city furnish! Keep up the good work!
My only concern was the sofa set, the two single sofa sets are not aligned properly, their hand rests are not in the same level. I have attached the pictures for your reference. And even the footers are different for both the single seater sofa. I don't want to return it as I don't want to go through the whole process. Apart from this it's 5* for sure. Thanks!
