Worst Banking Staffs, not at helpful in doing your work done like Gold, Loans, Home Loans etc. They give false Promises like it will be done in one week but it became almost 4 weeks.And even the other day I came to Bank asking what happened to my bank account as it was blocked. They did not let anyone enter & asked me to give my account details after that they say that my account is Rejected. If it's in that case how does my Yono App is still active and able to do online Transfers. They don't even try to resolve the Customers Problems. Worst Bank in terms of Customer Relationship. I will not recommend any one else to open an account here.

Bank employee was not even response to the customer.. They don't know to smile also.. Very worst and rude behavior.. They all need training about how to handle the customer..

here a staff by name veena sugur made me to wait for her lunch when I approached her for 4lines of recent entries of my sb account& once she's back=she's picking her own people of her choice from my behind queue line for attending to their task, after all with her well&wish she started to me but denied to give details&instructed me to go for a rqst ltr for stmt(friends she herself deciding& instructing what customers wants=she's meant to be a doctor for advising her own prescription,what a style of work that none of them are noticing her talent)so I still rqstd her to read atleast amount so that I will make a note on my own=for that she's calling beena mam on showing her denial, when I explained&told about the scenerio of rqst to mrs beena, so veena started directing me to go off by her action of moving hands and by her words saying"GO OFF FROM HERE"(friends is government sectors have become so monopolyzed?) veena is talking rudely with me front of her senior beena (see how job secured they are) mrs beena helped me with the details and later i approached the manager and informed same on this (friends still at last veena stood front of me by having debate of her view but atlast still she dint took a single word of apology from her word)I confronted at bank today but I don't know how many customers has faced same. I heartily say there are senior staff like beena,sangeetha,hema,more (I'm not very sure on names, just a glance on their addressing to talk within staff)who just just start & finish with pleasant and harmony in the same branch with nearing to decade, I rqst the sbi management to give counseling to veena kind of employees and ask to learn mannerisms while interacting with customers as her seniors do it with ease-humanity

I have a good experience every time I have been here because I go either in early morning or in late afternoon around 3pm where there ia no lunch break and works get done but there is no proper manager here when I went in the last time

I am dead because of all SBI rules and just alive to write this review . What core banking they got. Its worst. I can't do KYC anywhere else other than home branch. What a digital India??? I won't complain on staff and they are trying to help me but with the rules they put by SBI management is what made my life hell. I spent a full day and my account still inoperative and lost hopes that its going to happen. It may happen after i die. But i should know how to do KYC after my death. All thanks to sbi.

One of the worst banch is this branch. You can visit and ask them about anything, they will just tell something is missing and ask you to go back and come again. All aunties here are having great time getting salary for nothing

Till date my experience was bad, but this time it was different. I don't know whether I am lucky or actually it changed because my work was done within 15 mnts. I never felt so happy as till date not a single work was done in 1 visit. Hope it changed for good.
