I dont know why people have given so less ratings for this branch. I have shifted my homeloan from hdfc to SBI and had great support from many staff members of this branch but most importantly the branch manager Sushmita Mam. I have seen, bee and visited so many SBIs in life but none had as good branch manager as this. She is too good.

Went to the branch for withdrawing ppf account.. the transaction was very smooth and didn’t face any challenges. The staff available was super friendly and provided answers to all the questions I had.

I M FED UP OF THERE CUSTOMER CARE. ON THE NAME OF AUTHENTICATION THEY SAY THEY DONT HAVE MORE INFORMATION. You please visit Branch. After visiting branch Still my user Id is deactivated. Tried calling branch they never receive the call.

I had to give a zero rating, but there is no option. The staff is so laid back. It used to be a good and customer friendly bank 3 years ago. I had to open a ppf account as I already have a savings account there. The guy in the counter told me that it's not possible. Asked me to come back after a week as he was busy with auditing. He mentioned that he has to go up and down so many times.No interest taken in helping the customer. The security guard at the entrance is more helpful than the officials look like.

Very friendly staff. I visited few times to deposit and withdraw money and I was happy that always my work was done in few minutes. There is no much rush also.

THIS BRANCH DOES NOT DESEVE HALF STAR RATING ALSO What is the head of SBI doing not looking at this matter when many of clients complaining about this branch are you really here to help out customers who really is in need of help from the branch itself or those ladies sitting at the counter has 0 knowledge simply sitting to give out wrong info and wrong guidance or maybe not ready to help at all , I’m ashamed to call myself a girl after seeing you 3 useless girls at the counter pathetic service Why Am I holding account from your Sbi branch ?????? Why why why you don’t have any solution for clients problem ????? Looks like you simple present there taking monthly salary that’s all you don’t see other’s ac Issue related problem Please go home and don’t sit there at the counter showing your ugly attitude and not helping customer’s with issues on Sbi branch related Ridiculous I was sitting from morning till the closing time you can check your camera like a beggar I was requesting to help me applying for debit card ,,, guess what no body don’t know how to do when I asked they said it cannot happen they chase me out ??????? Tell me why the hell it cannot happen seriously what’s wrong with you guys If there are so many clients at the same time , I understand but there was very less client I’m sure you would have see into my situation and help me in apply for new debit card ... Now without my debit card what I will do I will need to close my account or wait shall I give my account to those lady sitting at the counter and let THEM take my ACCOUNT TO USE FOR THEMSELVES Tell me which bank as no solution for ac related issues

Approached the bank after I saw my principal was not reducing for last financial year in my Max gain account , I clearly explained them that only 25k was reduced instead of 2.5Lakh and they were not ready to believe it , they took the 4 yr transaction for my account and I was still able to justify it it. The staff had no clue how the Max gain account would work and they said PRINCIPAL would come down if we park surplus amount which is completely wrong,only the interest will reduce and the principal is a fixed component for the fixed year, they have no clue between surplus amount and part payment , I don't know how they would sell their product if they have no clue about it. I spent 2 hours explaining them and later I realised I completely wasted my time there, went to RACPC Kormangala and they were able to understand my issue in less than 2 minutes, they explained me it is because of COVID some OD accounts limits were increased they fixed my issue in 5 minutes. Mistakes happen everywhere from either side but what matters is giving a solution which I think is completely not happening here
