★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service ever more than any government bank. No one was on the floor except 1 executive. They don't value the time of customer. Highly pathetic, never recommend anyone. I don't wanted to give even 1 star but there is no option left.

THE WORST THING IS THE WAY SHE USES HER MOBILE FOR PERSONAL USE WHEN CUSTOMER'S ARE WAITING IN QUE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is courteous but helps only in beginning to get the account opened and increasing their target with little bit of fake promises. Later they don't help when we call them. Don't go in this branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst bank I have seen that put money on my account - minus amount on my account and it's keep increasing pathic this is not first time happening earlier also happened when I rasied my concern to them finally they made some excuses and took back that minus amount . I'll visit today and make them understand this is fraud this bank should be removed from market

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its is a worst bank i ever saw.. I have a personal loan i requested them that will make the payment within a moth before next due date .. They simply initiated nach for ECS more than 20 times and all my account balance got diducted .. All their agency people from collection team arrasing and not professional ..
This bank is a big cheeter ..
Please do not choose this bank ...
As per RBI only twice in a month they can initiate nach ecs ..
These people will initiate more than 20 times in a month..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Services offered are so poor, even a govt bank does better. Executives are highly enthusiastic only until you fill the form to open an account. The app sucks big time. Never have been able to open the app flawlessly. It crashes in between, entering the characters opens a caller dialog, it's really pathetic. Also, had deposited 2L for opening the account and these irresponsible folks have transferred that to some other account. Horrible experience, kindly don't go through the hardships I have gone through with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a pathetic bank evr came across...staffs talk to you as if they are doing some sort of favour to you. Alwys on denial mode, dont have any concerns about customer issue...keep on enforcing their policies to the customer instead resolving. No wonder why people are moving away frm yes bank...evn i am closing my account frm ths pathetic bank

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst bank ever I have seen in my life. I have applied for personal loan and they have asked me each n every details which I already shared with them like my salary figure n all. But before applying the loan I personally went to the bank and checked with them that whether m I eligible to get 1lakh rupees or not?? And after hearing every details from me they just surely told me that I will definitely get the loan after all the verification process, so I was just waiting for it. Finally I have been waited around 1 week and today they are saying that my loan application got rejected due to my low salary and I am staying here as a bachelor. It is highly disappointing and very very unprofessional behaviour. Such a waste of time and money.worthless!!!
