★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't usually give single stars but this bank's services under the union bank umbrella is one of the worst services I've ever received. The staff is rude and complacent, the servers are almost always down and this so called Mr Ram Raju Palla, the assistant manager, his behaviour is by far the worst. He believes he owns the bank, doesn't respond the customer's concerns and rarely I've seen this dullard respect customers requests. Time taken to process requests and queries is slower than the verdicts pronounced by the supreme court of India. If the union bank has any decency left within, they should look into this and school their staff and basics of ethics and services before running off to hire incompetent muttonhead rejects to serve long standing customers of this bank
