When I first interacted with Rahul and later with Chetan, I realised that this would be pathbreaking as far as the conventional teaching methods are concerned. My first kid joined PEP 4 years back and my second one 2 years back and there's been no looking back ever since.
A school where they empower kids and the teachers are facilitators....
The program gives the kids the freedom to be independent in every sense. It's always hard to leverage pure Montessori concepts with the academic syllabus in place, but the course here in PEP is designed brilliantly where it is true to both accounts. The current Covid era had initially put lot of challenges to such a system, which was based out of the materials, outdoor activities, field trips etc, but their transition to the online program was so seamless and smooth. Both parents and more importantly the kids didn't feel they are out of their working style (my daughters quote that they don't study at PEP school, they work)
Just to quote Maria Montessori herself, "The greatest gifts we can give our children are the roots of responsibility and the wings of independence" and as a parent, I can proudly say PEP school has done justice to this statement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were looking for a montessori style playschool for our 2.5 year old when we came across PEP. I was really impressed with the thoughtful interactions we had with the Founders and staff. It was clear that PEP was more than just a palyschool - they are innovating how education is delivered. They also understand the bottlenecks and challenges in this process and have taken a broader vision to address various things including quality of educators etc.
Really happy with the school - our kid has been with PEP for ~4 years now. Their commitment to montessori style teaching and also the focus on personalized learning programs for each kid really gets results.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughter joined PEP when she was 2 and now has been at the school for 4.5 yrs. We enrolled her into PEP based on the Montessori education vision outlined by Rahul & Chetan whereby they explained in detail to us how they will apply the Montessori principles by prioritizing personalization & independence of the child.
I must acknowledge that we are highly satisfied with our daughter's journey at PEP so far and believe that PEP has played a critical role in her all round development across physical, social, cognitive & language skills. Their Individual level Skill Analysis reports are very exhaustive and give us a good all-round view of our child's progress on a range of parameters.
We are also very satisfied with the Remote Learning program they instituted during the covid pandemic, especially, the small batch sizes leading to personalized attention on every child.
We will surely recommend PEP to other parents looking to enroll their children for a holistic education environment.

The main difference that PEP has over others schools is that it reverberates the passion that the school's founders have for educating children in the right way. This is a non traditional and un-conventional form of teaching that stokes the spirit of learning in kids - something that is unheard of in the current Indian educational environment. PEP is truly bound to disrupt education in India and I'm proud that my daughter has the opportunity of being a proud student of this institution.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son is doing his Montessori Primary Program here. What I like best about this school is it stays true to the core of Montessori methodology. Teaches facilitate the learning process and students are given opportunity to explore and excel in areas of interest while still maintaining balance in the overall plan of the program. Chetan and Rahul are very knowledgeable in the field of education. They have a holistic approach towards education and it reflects in the programs. Teachers are very friendly. They maintain very good students to teacher ratio. Teachers are trained to address the unique needs of each student. Overall I am very happy to be associated with this school.

As much as the physical environment is well thought of and managed for the child's needs I was impressed by the way the uncertain times of the pandemic was handled by the educators during the online classes and a smooth transition into physical re-opening. We have enjoyed our association with the facility and look forward to great time in the future too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our daughter has been with PEP for 3.5+ years now. One thing that always stands out is that the child comes first at PEP; everything else is secondary. We can see the rapid strides she has made over the years, it’s heart-warming and quite awesome!
The educators and founders at PEP are super-committed to the Montessori approach, passionate and consistently go an extra mile when it comes to their students. We have seen clear benefits of this approach and positive attitude from the team. We get a detailed report that clearly calls out our daughter’s developing competencies across a wide variety of skills and also interesting anecdotes that offer insights into her progress; this is then patiently discussed at length, in the PTMs.
Hands-on activities, field trips, music, art & physical fitness are strongly encouraged at PEP and we can see how this keeps our daughter engaged, motivated and passionate. We hope to see PEP grow from strength to strength and believe our daughter is in the right hands.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our journey with PEP school has been truly phenomenal. My son is a part of this Montessori setup for the past 4 years now.
We had moved to PEP from a conventional set-up since my son found it difficult to be at one place for hours and that's when PEP clicked to us. They gave him the freedom to explore the world around him decorated with beautiful Montessori materials. They never forced him to stick to a particular subject, period or class. This gradually helped him in developing an interest in all the subjects around him.
The school believes in the uniqueness and strength of each child and shapes them perfectly. I have witnessed my son grow in leaps and bounds in these years. The founders and the teachers are very supportive and give individual attention to every child. Their philosophy and dedication to it are commendable. The material and method they use not only make learning easier but also fun and enjoyable for kids.
My son feels excited about his school every single day and enjoys the company of his friends and teachers.
We love everything about the school and look forward to a great association in future too.
