★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You will be answered only until your deal is ongoing. Nobody will respond if you have any issue in your flat or in the project once you have completed all the payment. Be sure to get everything documented over email and in the registration document. They will give all kind of offers by word of mouth but will behave exactly opposite when you ask to document it in written form. I have personally experienced such issue for my flat and still regret the decision of buying flat from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always believe in appreciating good work when anybody does it. In 2020 Jan we thought to buy a flat and we were searching for budget-friendly flats, So we got connections with SNR variety project which we saw and liked and booked, Agreement was done. Paid 5% of the deal. Sometime later I had a financial crisis which we couldn't go ahead with the plan. Meanwhile, the deadly corona hit, as everybody even builders were going down. So when I communicated that I would not go ahead with the plans, Now the getting back of the initial payment was a challenge to me. I explained the situation to them .they understood and they refunded my money within the year !! the best part was whenever I call Suresh or Rajdeep they both were always available and they were updating the status. This gave me so much to trust them and I was staying in my village they made sure hassle-free documentation process of cancellation. I wish them good luck with their future projects. Special thanks to Suresh and Rajdeep for being so kind and being very professional. I strongly recommend SNR projects to people. I repeat it's not money, Its the trust what I have with them now, In the future if anytime I am coming to Bangalore and get a house, it's with SNR! Thanks

Unlike most other firms, the response I got from the people here was really good. They were helpful in terms of understanding my budget constraints and helping me with the end to end purchase process. I would definitely recommend to anyone interested in buying a property. In terms of the constructed quality I can say it's one of the best.
