★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I visited at the HSR layout Bank of Baroda branch but after waiting one hour no one assist for opening saving account.
I have tried to ask the staff but after seeing the. Also see was like statue,did not respond.
Very bad experience thought the best cusy expy but I was wrong.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a very happy and satisfied customer of BOB HSR Layout branch. It is since 2017, I've started my banking relationship with BOB HSR Layout branch. To begin with, my home loan was approved and sanctioned within one week. So it was a very pleasant experience with a "nationalized bank".
Since then, Mr Anand was helping me with all my banking needs. He was always responsive and most of my queries were answered over email. During pandemic also Mr. Anand helped me over phone and e-mail.
I want to appreciate all support from Mr Anand and Ms Radhika.
If anyone wants to experience how bank should be working, I'd suggest to visit Bank of Baroda, HSR LAYOUT Branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am holding current in Vijaya Bank hsr branch last 8 to 9 years service was very nice staff were very keen to understand customers enquiry...but after merging vijaya Bank to Bank of Baroda ...the worst service we face in this branch....not even a single person is kannada speaking guy..not ready to listen our need...they are putting blame on one another...I thought of closing my current account from this bank and Branch
