There is open air gym. and good place to have rest and work out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a good place for running and all but after the exercise machines weee installed the crowd suddenly increased and its good for fitness of everyone... A good step by govt. To put exercise machine in such park to encourage fitness all age people use machines to do exercise... Overall a good place for daily exercise

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Right in the middle of a city such kinds of parks are rare. The park is full of greenary and gives a good vibes for morning or evening strolls. Open badminton courts are available and are usually occupied during morning hours. It also has few open gym equipments which are in decent condition. Adequate benches available for you to sit and enjoy the morning. Gazebo like structure are present where usually yoga classes are organised. It has adequate open area as well where various activities are going on regularly. Well laid pathways for jogging purpose. Overall it's a best park in civil lines area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Missing the green grass rest is just good for a small sized colonel park. Trees are in very good amount so that's thumbs up option to fullfill your oxygen levels and refreshing morning. Loud Chirping sounds of birds make it more special. Almost every age can be seen here. Swing and globes for kids. Little exercise equipment for young one. Chokdi of older mantra Chanting group can be seen. Badminton nets are also there. A yoga teacher takes session in a shed for free I think.
