Best time to visit - Evening
Take the Famous Cold/hot coffee from nearby Saras Dairy and enjoy tasteful coffee with peace.
As of now the lightings is less and fountain is also stopped might be due to distract people from staying here leading to crowd.
Still, got a chance to click some good pictures of my friend in the evening.
Come here with the family in the evening time, enjoy nearby street foods, visit Amar Jawan Jyoti as well and yes don't forget to enjoy Cold coffee (100Rs.)

It was built as a tribute to Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II, the founder of the city. The Statue Circle got its name from the majestic statue of Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II that it holds. The statue is made of white marble and illustrates the Maharaja holding an astrological diagram depicting Maharaja's love for astrology.
This memorial is beautifully decorated with brilliant lightings and multi-colored fountains which illuminate the place in the evenings.
