Dont buy or dont even think to pay a single rupee for these plots. Few months back I visited the site and booked 2 plots. I asked for the documents for legal advice to A Srinivas (who talks very softly and very down to earth but he'll take your money and won't respond be carefull) for that he told to give cheque for Rs. 50000/- than only will give documents. Than i gave Rs. 50000 cheque and took the documents for legal advice. Laywer told papers are not right as that full place they got it in partnership. Partnership papers and survey no. is not right in future it may lead to litigation so I informed same to A Srinivas to give all the related documents but he don't have the proper documents. So i dropped the plan to buy the plot and i told them to return my money ill return the documents. But after that owner A Srinivas not responded properly and he was not ready to give back my money. So many times i visited the site but owner Srinivas he is not at all ready to meet instead of that some disorderly persons (Rowdies) are there and they are telling we cant return the money. But after so many visits i lost the hope and stopped visiting or calling them.
In my busy schedule also im narrating full story because i dont want anybody to lose their hard earned money for these people as i lost.
Be Carefull of Classic Estate You'll lose your Money!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Of late many houses have been constructed. Calm, Serene & lush greenery around. Pretty close to NICE road & an upcoming metro station.. Soon prices will be skyrocketed in this layout
