Very well planned layout. I really liked the location and how they have maintained the property. There are no legal issues associated with this property, got it verified. Proposed peripheral ring road is just 2 km from this property. There are no supermarkets nearby, but all online deliveries are available. Overall a nice and peaceful place to stay, out of city's hustle bustle.They have one of best staff , who made my experience of buying the property very smooth. I never found any of them making any false promises. Special thanks to Mr. Saravanan and Mr. Santosh for being very responsive and helping me at each and every stage.

This month we had completed our plot registration at Classic Featherlite The Sanctuary. It was really an amazing experience from booking till registration. The documents are verified to ok. The location and amenities are just like to feel all happy . Full of greenery and free of pollution. Eco friendly environment and lot of free space. Many many Thanks to Mr. Sarvanan for his timely step by step guidance and response by clarifying even a small thing very clearly. We are expecting similar experience during construction phase too. Just can't wait to step into our dream house? All the best Team Classic

I invested in this project. I really liked the location, infrastructure and project quality. Classic The Sanctuary team were very supportive throughout the registration process. It is ready to build your own villa. Big projects like brigade utopia, prestige lakeside habitat and many more are approx 5 km away from this project. Visiting this site has a completely different feeling rather than just seeing in pictures. I would strongly recommend to go for this villa project.

A beautifully maintained and well developed project. They have made sure that there are lots of plants and greenery that we all miss within the city limits we live. Parks and walk pathways are all beautiful. And the sales team is very professional and answered all the queries we had. Mr Saravanan and Santosh are a humble soul and were patient enough to answer every call we made to them during the complete process from the start till the registration was completed. Overall an excellent experience and we are happy that we have found a place that we always looked for ?

Well maintained property. We have booked our first plot in this project. Starting from booking till registration everything is smooth, (thanks to Sarvanan, Santosh and back end team). Pro's Nice locality Great ambience Con's I have visited this site personally few days ago.i got to know that people brought plots here..they are constructing as well..and phase 3 will be launching soon. But I found big problem with this project that..they do not have power backups in the property.. It means that...if power is not there..then..all the internal roads light, club house light plus all the amenities will be in dark...if kids are playing in the park..or using some amenities then we have to run from our houses to see if they are safe or not. I think Builder should re think about this matter.

Amazing layout - well planned layout with proper water supply, electricity, wide roads, much open spaces, each site is planted with trees and selected plants which makes the site look beautiful, garden area is calm and peaceful, some facilities like parks, clubhouse, etc., are upcoming and are promissing. Authentic Paper work - The layout is approved by BMRDA, and is K-RERA registered. All legal papers are authentic and free from any encumbrance. Superb connectivity - The layout is well connected and is 15-20 mins drive to Whitefield, Sarjapura, Bellandur, and The layout is close to proposed peripheral ring road (I have verified with BBMP 2031 Master plan available online). Schools - There are hand full of good schools within 5km radius Marketplace - no big supermarkets as such nearby, but all online deliveries are available, also there are many local markets within couple of kms for vegetables and essentials. Above all, a big shout out to Classic Featherlite Staff and Management. They were very friendly and supportive. They provided all support, with every single legal papers requirement for my bank loan processing. Despite delays from my end, they understood my situation, and stood by my side without any hesitation and helped me out till registration. Commercial activities will rise up in another couple of years along with people moving to this area, and thus I have invested in a nest in this sanctuary.
