★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PLH construction was started around 12 years back in 2008-2009(pre sales etc..), now they just finished tower 24 construction.
The marketing and sales team of PLH are leeches who try to make money in each and every way. There are very few good units which they sell to their partners and associates who later sell it on demand. Most of the units 2bhk, 2.5bhk, 3bhk etc.. are south facing and 2-2.5bhk are almost useless with respect to price and the units they offer. Basically the built ammenities and are charging for the ammenities. The funny part is in Dec 2019- the marketing/sales team of prestige went on holiday to Spain and Europe. Guess whose money is this!!!!
Avoid this property as much as possible, you would get better options for the prices PLH quote.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prestige is just a name. I felt like that. Such huge huge towers and highly priced apartment but when we come on the road after 500 m such a village market atmosphere was there. We can't think anybody will give two wheeler to the girls who are coming in evening or after that. That is my personal opinion mightbe it is wrong but i feel like that.
