From last 1 month I was getting calls to get my car service done from here because we have offers for you and once I came to the service center and got my car serviced here , my car seat cover was tored and Ms Priya is not responding to my calls. Pathetic customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Classic Honda, this dealship for Honda four-wheelers is located in Faridabad on the Highway from Delhi to Agra, just few kilometres post the toll plaza on the left side. The workshop is just behind the showroom. It's a known dealership for Honda Cars in Faridabad. I guess post pandemic interest in car is yet to favour Honda, that's why I could not see much crowd in the showroom, however the workshop looked overworked. I feel Honda too, should venture into EV market. The place is clean and tidy. The staff is courteous and professional. One star less is primarily on account of lack of customers in the Showroom. The parking your self driven vehicle will not be an issue in this dealership, as there is plenty of space.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unbelievable prompt and satisfied service. Very decent and well mannered along with job knowing staff. Wonderful handling of staff by madam Sabina who has some God gifted nature and fantastic approach to satisfy every one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I gave my car HR51AQ3737 for accidental repair on 24th March 2022. I forgot some my personal belongings in space under handrest. It was one Rayban claasic aviator sunglass, one vision glass and 2 hand towels. Car is still with them. I visited them on 6th April 2022. And when I checked my belongings in my car, my Sunglass was not there. I asked the guy, who repaired my car, he told me that he hasn’t seen. I asked the same from advisor as well as from bodyshop manager to look in to this. They all said it is my fault, I should have check the belongings before handing over the car to them. They also said, if the staff finds any item in car, they deposit the same with manager. In my case, it wasn’t like that. They haven’t deposited any item with manager. Instead they (staff) told me that they saw the items except the sunglass and kept it as it is in car. I know, it is my fault too that I forgot to take my belongings. But atleast being a big dealership if a reputed brand, they must too take some accountability and investigate the matter. Adviser sent me the photos of my car both interior and exterior on the very same day. Photos were of glove compartment, seats, gear liver, odometer. But not of headrest.

Even the car driver Balbir who came to pick n drop my car is a gentleman.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service advisors have very good technical knowledge and do not 'over' advise you. Reasonable charges, and quick delivery. They check if parts are available and then only make delivery commitments. The customer care team is aggressive enough to ensure overall happiness. Senior staff make regular rounds to keep an eye over the entire workshop. Good to be with Classic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ State of the art facility for Honda Car Service right on the Delhi Faridabad road. Easy access to the nearest metro station.. Ample parking space and customer friendly staff. Front office staff is helpful in particular. Recommended to go after taking appointment.
