Alt-X Auto Works (Mahindra First Choice Service Centre) is a big fraud, they use local parts and after complaining they denied to fix the problem, after wasting your time. Staff also changed frequently. So, i suggest everyone not to go their and waste your time and money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Owner of Altex Mahindra First Choice is very good.I have met him many times, he is very good even in habit.
But the staff there, from GM to the cleaning worker, nobody has the capacity to talk to the customer.
I had my car engine engineered at their place.
Shortly after getting the engine done, the problem of late starting in my car came and the problem of engine oil leakage came from place to place.
I will never visit them again now and I will not send any of my relatives to work here.
There is so much to say, a huge paragraph will be made for them, but I don't want to say thank you so much.
And if the option of star rating was any lower than zero, then I would not even give these people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I want to give Zero Star now you can imagine how much worst services they have. I got an accident and my CAR boot got damaged they had taken 2.5 Months to repair and still water comes in my CAR Boot now and in last they had also stolen Front Seat Car Mat, Towels and Tool Kit from the car. They are not apologizing and reimbursing me. I Will Not Recommend Mahindra First Choice Services to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Let me explain in short and give you a crisp example. They generally use MFC engine oil but I requested Castrol for which the cost is approx 1700 (fully synthetic) . They removed the rate from the bottle and wanted to charge me Rs. 3850/- . When I refused to pay 2100 rs more than MRP , they refused to give me service discount and charged 1100 additional for service (which was earlier the discount they were providing or rather fooling me with), they also claimed it's their policy not to disclose engine oil price to customers.
This incident happened at NHPC Chowk Faridabad service center.
